– The first single from the album was an Unplugged version of the S Club 7 single “Don’t Stop Movin” and the second being an unplugged version of “Relentless” (from her first album of the same name).
– In a Billboard interview, Jo initially announced the first single to be “I’ll Be There”, however, upon the announcement the single was changed to “On The Surface”.
– “Breathe In” is a cover of a Lucie Silvas track. “I Hope You Dance” is a cover of a Lee Ann Womack song. “Missing You” is a cover of a John Waite song. “Heaven” is a cover of the Bryan Adams song.
